Since I’m a bit of an Excel nut, I thought I would have a page here where I can share some of the files I put together for my own financial analysis. Feel free to use these, but know that I can’t guarantee they are 100% accurate for your situation.

- Amortization Schedule - This file provides an automated way to create an full amortization schedule for your loan based on the annual rate, loan amount, term and payment frequency.
- Loan Consolidation - This file will help you determine the outcome of consolidating your loans or credit cards into one account. You will find your new length of payoff using the Debt Snowball Method.
Caution: These files are protected to not allow changes to formulas. They may also contain macros to do some of the work. Should you have trouble running one with macros, you would go to your Tools menu and select Macro and then Security.
