Welcome to my blog. My name is Curtis. I’m a 30 something, married, working professional from Saint Louis, MO. My wife and I brought one thing in common to our marraige… Debt. Over our first 5 years we worked from time to time to pay it down, then something would come up and it would head back up again. All in all, we haven’t really made any progress in 5 years.
I’ve started this blog as a open book journey of our process and what we are doing to make a change. I’m talking real world stuff here (Bills, Mortgages, etc.). We’ll be making some tough decisions and keeping a close eye on our total debt balance. Our goal is to be completely out of debt (not including the mortgage) in 5 years.
